Models in viewport only display in wireframe

Hi, I've been trying to model a few things for uni but somehow in my viewport my models only appear as wireframe with a blue transparent overlay. I've tried changing the settings in the viewport to clay, realistic, shaded etc. and have toggled wireframe on and off with F3, plus used alt+x to see if that was the issue.

I've obviously accidentally pressed something without realising, and was wondering if any of you guys could fix it for me?

Cheers.
