Mesh from Autocad to Max

Dear all kindly have a look on attached image the ornament is created in autocad and its perfect in autocad mesh once I have import to 3ds max the mesh lines are missing I had tried many option to import

• Changed setting in auto cad of facetrace and edge view
• Made the scale in autocad small and big and kept the object on 0,0,0
• Saved in dxf in lower version
• Changed import setting in 3ds max to entity and also surface deviation many settings

But the result is same kindly advise me to do the right setting to avoid the data missing while importing. Thanks and regards.
