Anyone could help me, I have a 1000x1000 plane with displace aplied, to give me this "texture", how could convert it or extrude it to a box

Try the following:
Convert to an editable mesh
Select the subobject as element
In the Edit geometry panel Extrude by some amount
If you want a flat bottom then apply a slice modifier.
