Interpolate Edge Crease Weight Values

It's possible to automatically interpolate the crease weight values of an entire edge loop? Using data channel modifier probably? For instance, i have an edge loop with eight edges, the first edge of this loop will have the value of 0,125 crease weight, then the next edge 0,25 the next 0,375 and so on until the last edge with crease weight 1.0, doing this to create a smooth increasing chamfer later on using "By crease weight" option in Chamfer Modifier

Yes, it possible.
You need edges soft selection convert to edges weight value. You can do it with Data Channel modifier.

Additionally using Curve operator of Data Channel modifier you can adjust weight data.
