How to install mental ray with intel 4600 graphics card?

We installed 3dmax on windows 10 with the following configuration:
PC: HP Z1 G2
Intel core i7-4790 at 3.6 Ghz.
RAM: 16 GB
Intel HD graphics card 4600
OS: w10 Enterprice.

But When we open the render option I can´t see the mental ray option.  plugin does not recognize it does not work.

Is it possible that this hardware will not work?
Is it possible that you are installing it incorrectly?

I appreciate any help.

You can find many thread with this problem with a couple of solutions.

In my case, i had this problem and the only solution that worked is to clean uninstall/reinstall 3ds Max 2017: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/remove-windows-prod...

I have formatted equipment and reinstalled and worked perfect. Apparently the error is that the executables (installers) were running from a networked server. And the antivirus eliminated some point .exe files like the one that runs the mental Ray service. "Apparently.."
