how to insert a video at 3dsmax 2015

Please need an advice about how to insert an avi file at 3dsmax 2015 

I've seen so many tutorials that use the slate material editor that insert the avi file as a bit maps and i've tried to do the same steps  but there's a missing option that makes the vedio as a black screen (may be) ( marked in the attached photo )

Also if there is another way available for 3dsmax 2015 please tell me

Which renderer are you using?  Here's an example with Max 2019 and ART.  Just assign the .avi file as the bitmap.  Be sure you right click the material and check Show  Realistic (or Shaded) Material in viewport.
