How to give volume to two splines?

Hello everyone!
I hope I've managed to make my request as clear as possible.
I have two splines (see photo) and I'd like to give them some volume, if possible a round volume (I can't use the Sweep modifier because as you can see there are places where the thickness of my spline is thinner).
In fact, I want a cylinder that follows the thickness of my splines.
Please can you give me some advice on how to achieve this?

I'm working on 3DSMax 2021.

Rather than using sweep, use the Compound Object Loft option and adjust the scale in the Deformations panel.
