How do I adjust the length of the display normal handle?

hello. 
There was an error in the shortcut during Max's work, so I erased the ENU folder and initialized the UI and hotkey.

However, as shown in the picture, the handle length of Edith Normal is the default, but it looks too long.

I don't know if there's any other place to set other than the length that's controlled in the edit normal.

Is there a way to shorten that default length?
