Highway ramp modeling / 3rd party highway software ideas

Hi,

I use sweep to create highways and ramps.  The only problem we have is blending ramp to the main highway road. Is there a solution for it.  I attached the image. It has to be seamless blend of two roads. 

Does anyone know of any 3d highway generators that can be imported into 3ds max? Like in this video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xqVQ55biKvQ&t=171s

on my case, i will create three loft... then edit the intersection
