Thanks but I did it and it does't work. I'll try to uninstall 3D Max and install it again

strange, right click on the tool bar and see if command panel is ticked, maybe you have it off

Command panel is on in the tool bar but not visible in the viewport

post another screenshot, did you have two monitors before and you pluged one out?
