Having trouble creating a controller

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I'm having some issues creating a controller for my rigs hand. What I do is create and select a circle, align it to my hand on the X/Y/Z axis, then select my hand and link it to the circle.  The controller rotates the hand works just fine but the issue is that when I try to move it the hand becomes detached from the arm.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Accidentally clicked "need an answer" but I think I figured it out. When I created a snapshot of my biped and the copy appeared in the same place I must have been working on the biped and accidentally deleted the mesh, which was causing the weird deformations.. If that makes sense.
