File Conversion

It seems that Yobi3d is broken, and may not come back online. Does anyone know how to convert a .max file to a maya or other 3d format. The developers at Autodesk didn't exactly use their brains and make the program's file formats work with each other, nor make 3ds available for mac.

I've got a file attached below that I'm trying to convert.

If someone can convert it to Collada (.dae) that would be appreciated, although any other format would be appreciated as I can convert other formats as necessary.

That would be what I need, but I can't get 3ds max because the developers didn't think to make it function  on mac.

If you would be able to attach an export of that file it would be appreciated.

Thank you so much. I wish that they would have made Maya (which I do have) support .max files.

You have a good day/night wherever you are.
