In the attached IMAGE, in the colored zone (GREEN) you can see where i want to make the floor.
There is a simple method to make this type of floor?

Hi, there is a problem when i select the spline (RECTANGLE 1) and (convert to editable spline)
automatically includes the spline (RECTANGLE 2)
so when i use (Extrude) the final result is what you can see in the attached IMAGE
How to fix this problem?
you are using 2 on one floor why not create the first floor by using a spline and then click the retangle select the spline outline then click on attach this will add the extude this will cut a hole in the floor then add a plane the name size as the hole.
i only use this spline and retangle attach extude method if i want to create a swimming pool or a hole in the hole where i am going to put the stairs
this is not the best way of doing it
what is the colored zone? Is that a polygon? If so, just extrude it.
Or, just create a new spline by snapping to the appropriate edges of the walls. and then extrude.
I want to create a hole where the (RECTANGLE 2) is located, look at the attached image.
What is the fastest method?
my post told you how to do it, create 3 2d retangles, make third one a copy and move it upwards and convert one to a edit spline then the two together attach it, now add an extude modifer to them now you have a hole in move the third one down so it covers the hole and put another extude on that one. you can now texture it
