Crease Modifier not working

I can't get the Crease modifier or CreaseSet to work with OpenSubdiv. I can select the vertices/edges and adjust the crease value but it does not affect it in any way. Am I missing something as everywhere I look it seems to just work?

It doesn't change no matter the crease value and it's the same for CreaseSets.

Put CreaseSet modifier BELOW Opensubdiv.

Remember:

In 3dsmax data always flows from bottom of the stack to the top.
