Connecting four vertices to make a face/quad...?

Is there a way of connecting four vertices together to make a face, like the ones I have selected in the image? In something like Blender, you would press F and it would fill the selected vertices/edges.

With 3 or 4 vertices selected, you can use the 'Cap Poly' command from the Modeling Ribbon. You could assin this to the 'F' Key.

With an arbitrary number of vertices, you will have to use 'Create' within the polygon subobject mode

Then subsequently click the vertices clockwise to form the polygon.
