cloth problem

hi everybody

I've modeled a character and now when i want to make cloth to my character with Garment maker and Cloth modifiers i encountered with this problem (pictures) and tried many ways but i cant fix it.

plz help me.

thanks Rendermaster but i've seen this before.

i try to change some parameters now and i hope it work properly.
