Cloth Modifier not working properly

Hi, I encountered a problem with the cloth modifier. So I modelled this hoodie, and previously, the cloth modifier would work on the body as the collider and the hoodie with the cotton preset, but now whenever I Simulate Local, it expands the jacket and does not simulate it the way I want it to. Can anyone help me out? Much thanks in advance for all responses.
