Changing the colors of the white

When "view edges faces toggle" Toggle is on you know the lines that show up showing the polygons? you can set the color of the lines when object isn't selected, but when selected they are bright white and it makes the terrain harder to see. anyone know where in preferences-color that can change the color of these lines? see in attached photos

As configurable as Max is, there are a lot of colors that you can't modify. I don't think you can change the color of the 'edged faces.' 

One workaround might be to temporarily make your terrain a medium or light gray. That way the contrast between the edges and the polys will be less dramatic. That might help somewhat.
