Is there any way that you make a cap with Quad Topology? I mean that when I use editpoly modifier, I find cap modifier but it does not give us Quad Topology.
AFAIK there is no specific function in Max that creates a Quad topology Cap, but I have had success with the new Retopology Modifier in creating quad topology over areas with a single large Ngon. Of course the Retopology Modifier works on the whole object and you will have to play with the Face Count setting a little to get the density of polys that you want. But depending on your workflow, that might work for you.
There is also a script called Quad Cap Pro that will work on just the selected Ngon:
