Can someone help with UV Unwrap

Here I want 2 UV from my character 1 is head and 2 is body

but I can't make it so what should I do?

You need to learn about the Unwrap UVW modifier to do what you are asking.   Do a google search on "3DS Max tutorials for Unwrap UVW modifier".  As an example see below links:

These are just an example of the info available on the subject.   You will need to invest some time in learning this, but it is not hard once you get the basic concept down.  You are just creating a flattened 2D representation of all the surfaces of your mesh so that Max (and any 3D program) know how to place a 2D texture on the 3D surface.  The tools in the Unwrap UVW modifier give you various options as to how to do the unwrapping and the video tutorials and Max documentation show you how to use the tools.
