Bend both ways on the Y axis, only bends one way

Only bends one way, I want the model to bend evenly around the moneyback in the background and without distortioning the "Kash" model that much. @CAMedeck @10DSpace @leeminardi

Without seeing more, a couple of things come to mind.  

 

Does the Center of the Bend modifier need to be moved to the middle of the object?

 

Is the object tessellated enough to bend?  If the object is broken up into enough faces, it can't be deformed.

 

It may help to see the object isolated, in Wireframe mode, and from a Top view with the Bend modifier visible.
