Using a Unwrap UVW in a Cube

Hi. I would like to map a cube with the image below. I'm trying to map with Unwrap UVW, but to no avail. I'm sure I'm making a simple mistake, but I can't seem to get it to work.
Could someone tell me a way?

(And I apologize for the newbie question...)

Take a look at this video, it should help you get started. Basically the only part I didn't get to would be aligning the UVs to the images on the map.
