Spline Chamfer Modifier missing

Hi I've just installed 3dsMax 2021 and the Spline Chamfer Modifier isn't available in the modifier list. Should it be?

It`s a feature of the 2021.2 release. So is Update 2 for 3dsmax 2021 installed?

I'm using 2021's spline chamfer modifier as we speak - at least on 2021.2
