Is there possible to make triangle grid on each surface on this model, because it schould be like a curtain wall

You can apply Subdivide modifier and adjust the size. Another method you can use is apply Tesselate modifier and choose "Operate On: Faces," Edge, and set its Tension to 0, then increase iterations as needed.

In addition to ekahennequet's options (which are excellent), another way to do this without adding any new geometry to the object is to add a Edit Mesh modifier, go to Edge level, then select all the edges on the object (CTRL+A).  Then, with all edges selected, under the "Surface Properties" rollout in the Edit Mesh modifier, click "Visible" button.  This will reveal all the invisible edges in your quads, and essentially turn everything into triangles.  You can then collapse the modifier, and convert back to editable polygon if you wish, or simply add a Edit Poly on top of the stack and continue working from there.  This will increase faces on the object, but maintain the same number of vertices.
