Swift loop edge sticking to corner

Hello, recently I came across this problem. I am designing an old Bugatti. I am adding extra edges so I can curve the object to match the Blueprints I'm using. But I don't know why the swift loop edge and the rest of the edges connect to a certain corner of the object. The object currently consists of 2 vertexes (Top and bottom) making it a 2D shape. I want the swift loop edge to go straight from the top to the bottom and not to connect to the corner.

The rest of the lines (the white ones) are made using Swift loop.

You can not use swift loop for that, it always will follow the loop of quads and also will be in the average position between the two lateral edges.

But you can use cut or slice. Slice would give you a perfect vertical line in the selected faces.

I suppose you know you are creating many ngons and stretching triangles.

Hi Friend

The flow of swift loop is correct because it is following the flow of polygon.

you have to make cut manually.

Hope this will help....
