Scrolling is not active

I m use 3ds Mac 2019 and I create floor plan but my scrolling is not active how to active scrolling

what do you mean scrolling  does not work there is no scroll key in 3ds max,

Press I button on keyboard (you can keep pressing on it) while creating a spline for this.
