Scale factor not showing

Hi, whenever I want to import a FBX the scale factor doesn't show up. No matter if I tick or untick automatic or change the unit, there's no scale factor. It's not the model's fault, it's the same with every fbx file.

The theme is old. But I personally have not found an answer anywhere and I want to share a solution to this problem. It's all about the decimal separator settings in windows.

1. You have to go to the control panel (classic). Type "region" in the search and go to "regional standards".
2. Next, in the window that opens, click the "additional parameters" button at the bottom.
3. In the "numbers" tab, change the comma in the "Decimal symbol" field to a dot. Apply the changes.

After these manipulations, the Scale Factor should start to be displayed again in the FBX importer settings.

I myself was looking for a solution for several days. It got to the point that I even reinstalled Windows, but for some reason the problem persisted. I don't even remember where I found the solution.
