Need help on 3D modeling for character ( monster )

Hi , Good day to all the experts on 3D. I'm on my 2nd year of 3D animation , I have a character design concept out currently done by Photoshop and I'm not sure how to model it out in 3D , so far only manage to model the head part. Not really good at my 3D modeling skills. Anyone who's good or experience in 3D modeling ? Do reply to this thread as I need some help or kindly pm me. thanks in advance ! If you could provide a particular problem then we might be able to help, but if you need to learn more about modelling for characters then there are plenty of tutorials out there, try Youtube.

Doesn't your course teach modeling? They should provide you with a rig/model if they don't teach it.
