Hi, first time poster looking forward to getting involved as much as I can.

this might be a bit simple answer but I am trying hard to make a surface like the photo I attached.

so far I have made splines and extruded them out, convert to mesh and bevel but the result is not quite right. Any tips?

Can you show us what you've managed to build so far?  I can think of several methods to construct that archway, but understanding the way you've started will help people guide you.

Hi! Thanks for replying.

Sorry if I am not explaning perfectly.

Here are some tests I've done. 3 different ways:

1) I edge modeled a plane and then extruded out the blocks I wanted.

2) I used cut tool on poly to create the shapes.

3) I made splines for the insets and created a sweep, then boolean to create the channels.

I feel like there is a better way to get the shape I want, so far it feels too stiff. I don't know how to say.
