maya insert edge loop tool for max

is there anything like maya insert edge loop for 3ds max 2018

and in maya you press 3 to smooth and it looks good but in max i add turbosmooth and it didn`t  smooth it that good,

so my question is is there anything in max like maya  except turbosmooth and smooth tool

I don't know how it is in MAYA but in 3DS MAX we have something called the SWIFT LOOP, and AUTOSMOOTH (see attachment) for smoothing (Adds no Geometry). If you want something like turbosmooth but not turbosmooth, then you can try OPEN SUBDIV from the modifiers list, or NURMS

you can also run a connect when in the edges you can ring or loop the edges use the connect setting box and then specify how many connect and what you want to do with them segments
