I have a very similar machine as yours and here everything works fine. Are your drivers (all drivers) up-to-date?

The manufacturer of my laptop included a management-software where I can tweak several settings (performance-profiles, voltage, overclocking, ...) - is there something like that for your machine?

There're also some Windows-settings, e.g. click on the battery-symbol on the taskbar for that performance-slider.

Yep, I know what you mean.

I have setting on: performance mode, everything is up to date and I tried to check computer status and everything hardware is 100% perfect.
And everytime I use computer with charging cable.
**** it.

OK, if it's not the hardware then maybe it's caused by the scene (6.8 Gb...).
Take a look at this:
