How to smooth this bottle?

Hi, i have created a bottle, starting from a plane. Now in the attached IMAGE you can see that there are 2 errors.
How to fix this 2 errors?
I want a smooth and perfect shape

If the bottle is round you could start by creating a spline that defines one half of the silhouette of the bottle then move the pivot to where the centerline of the bottle should be.  You can then use the lathe modifier to make the 3D bottle.

At this point it is easy to edit the profile to make minor adjustments as well as the number of segment along the profile and around the bottle.

I got the same problem.I found a way to solve this problem. Select two edges and chamfer it.(Don't use more than 2 lines while chamfering and Make sure to keep a greater distance between two lines).Then Now use turbo smooth.

I had this same problem with a wrench I was modeling. Applied turbosmooth and some parts ended up rough.  I am pretty sure that you have some unwelded vertices and the program is confused how to smooth certain parts. Try welding them.I hope it helps.
