How to restore my vetices

I've seem to have lost my vertices for my aset that I'm working on, and can't way a way to restore. If any one knows how to restore them please email the answer. Thank you my fellow modeling community.

Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Geometry rollout and click Unhide All.
