How to make the last row of a chamfer 100% flat

Hi guys,

Is there a way to make make the last row of a chamfer 100% flat. Right now I'm doing this manually with make planar but I feel it's taking forever and there must be a way to automatically do this while making the chamfer.

Select "Smooth Chamfers Only" instead of  "Smooth Entire Object" in the Smooth Type dropdown .
