How to find master pivot and modify scale size?

Hello, 

I'm trying to find how to change the master pivot.

There are numerous local pivots in my model. However, I can't find the master pivot(that can control the entire model) in there.

Also, What is the process to change the model scale size?

And how can I find the master node in my model?

If you have "numerous local pivots" I assume you have numerous objects that you want to move, rotate, or scale as a single object. There's more than one way to identify the collection as an assembly.  You could group them and then the group would have its own pivot.  You can scale a group.  Or, you could link all the objects to one object who's pivot would then become the "master pivot".  I would use the linking strategy if the individual objects of the assembly need to move or rotate independently of each other.
