How to add constraints to menu

I am learning max 2017 and I am trying to add surface and edge constraints to my menu. can someone explain the steps please. I want to be able to move my points and not go all over the place.

Hi there,

I am not sure what you mean by adding constrain tools to your menu? What are the points you are trying to move? I don't understand what you want to achieve. Without more information I don't think you will have much luck getting the answer you are looking for.

Solved someone pointed to the correct menu I was meaning edge constraints etc they were hiding from me
