Flip Objects

Hi

Is there a way to flip an object? Like in Blender, you can press S + X, Y or Z + -1 or some-such and a right-facing object will flip around to a left-facing one and vice versa.

Did you tried with mirror command?    if you want to flip polygons normal, you can select the polygon and in the modify panel use the flip buttom
