Fixing Endpoints of an object

I have two spheres across from each other and I want to put a cylinder in between connecting the two spheres. Is there a way I can fix the ends of the cylinder to the centers of the spheres?

Hi. I think the easiest way is this:

1) First make sure that the pivot of both spheres are centered

2) Set the 3D snap to "pivot" and activate it

3) Draw a line from one pivot to the other pivot (with snap)

4) Make the line renderable, set it to "Round" and set the thickness to the diameter you would give the cylinder.

Hope it help

BTW - If you want to make the length of the cylinder/line vary (following the spheres), then use a "spring" instead of a line.
