“Editable Poly values resetting issue in 3ds Max 2024”

Hello, I am facing an issue in 3ds Max 2024. When I change any Editable Poly
value like Chamfer, the effect appears while typing but disappears as soon
as I move the cursor away. This also happens in new empty files.
I already tried Show End Result and reset settings but the issue continues.
Please help me fix this problem.

Hi,

You are facing the issue because of your unite precision. Check your units and use Inches symbol ahead of .5 value. This issue occures because of small chamfer amount so use big amount or if you want to use less amount of chamfer then change unite setup precesion at lower amount like from 1/8 to 1/16.
