Custom Geometry in Create Panel

Hi there,

I was wondering if there is any way to add custom geometry to the Create Panel, for instance in this example I was wondering if there was a way to add a screw head to the panel, for easy access? If not are there any alternatives to this that anyone can think of?

hi dear george i think that is not possible in 3ds max but may be some script may be help for this.

merge command under import, or you can drag'n' drop files from explorer/asset browser

can dig maxscripts to automate merge and place this script into a button

Hello @Anonymous and welcome to the community,

The script I use in my travels is the same one that @Swordslayer mentioned here.  Make sure to put the resulting .ms file into your root/Scripts/Startup folder.  If you are programmatically inclined you can also script a solution as a geometry plugin.
