Can't bridge two edges

Hey Guys Smiley Happy

What I'm trying to do is to brigde two edges on my mesh, as shown in picture 1.

So I select them, but when I hit "Bridge" it gives me a weird result (picture 2) and being a beginner, I don't know what to do!

I would be grateful for every answer!

Thanks Smiley Wink

If you right click on your object and go into object properties and turn on backface cull you will see what MAX is doing.  To bridge from one face to the other it is twisting the polygon to keep the faces facing the direction of the polygon it is connecting to.  Even if you untwisted it you could not weld the vertices together because your polygons are facing opposite directions.

This is another thread that had the same problem. As pxlwzrd suggested, turn on Backface Cull via Object Properties. (Right-click object). It's likely that one of your elements is facing the wrong way, in which case you'll need to flip it first before using Bridge.
