Blank space at Scale Factor

Hi everybody! I've searched a bit on this forum for anyone having my same issue: I've only found one, but the answare wasn't thorough...
When I try to import or export an fbx model, in the advanced option, under the scale option, I should see the scale factor of the model and it's scale unit, but instead of the Scale factor (usually to put to 1.0) I can't see any number. I just have nothing after the double dot... I tried reinstalling the program, adjusting the scale units preferences and importing/exporting several different models, always without success... Any help will be much appreciated!

once you match the system units and display units in 3ds max to the same units as you have in the file you are trying to import then the scale should be the same. if you attach the file with the system units & display units you used to model it in the other 3D program then someone will able to help you to see if they are getting the same problem.

I'm sorry for the delayed answer... I chekced again all the scales and so son, but I can't figure out what's causing my issue. In the rar file you will find the model (a collider of a car for a simulator) and some screens of my unit setup and what i see importing and exporting the model (In the inport info the model is marked as built in centimeters). I also tried importing with the Automatic box checked, but my scale factor doesn't want to show up. Thank for the support!
