Bitmap Resolution Material Issues

When I added my bitmap material to a plane primitive, the textures resolution on the edges of my grass are pixelated. My viewport texture resolution is already set to 2048. I can't figure out whats happening, is my alpha bleeding over the edges? My video card is GTX 1080, which shouldn't be the issue.Capture_material.PNG

Thanks! I actually figured out what was wrong. My Padding for selected objects was too high in the render to texture dialogue window.
