Annoying yellow lines while snapping is ON

Hello everyone!

I have a problem and couldn't find a solution yet. 

When snapping is ON, not always but sometimes a yellow box appears. If I move the cursor to another object, it sometimes appears, sometimes not. But as it pops up sometimes, after a while it is very annoying. Its like something always flickering, and it tires my eyes during work.

HOW can i turn this off?

Hi, 

if you right-click on the snapping tool it will bring up the snapping options dialog. 

try changing some of those settings and see if that helps? 

I prefer to work with the "marker display" off and the rubber band display turned off as well.
