3ds max modify parameters

HI!!! I want help.

My 3ds max was already fine with the units setup, but I don't know why the parameters are now in inches.

When I draw a box for example, in the option modify and then parameters the units are in inches. It suppose that if I go to units setup and put centimeters it will work, but nothing.

And the option for move (the hand's icon) now is the view of walk-through, which also I don't know how to change to the way it was before.

Please I need this as soon as possible.

If you correctly control units setup like my pec it should appear in meter in parameters if it did't work try to reset the file 

you can restore move icon by press long press on this icon and choose hand icon

And thank you! I did and it works the hand icon. But not about the parameters (also I reset like you said but nothing).

It maybe code error ,I asked my 3dmax instructor about that and till me it's not settings error it maybe code script error

once you reset 3ds max then it will default to the default unit setup, and you would need to modify one of the file to get max to default to the units you want the untis to be i don't know which file you have to modifer because i hardly mess around with the files because they are to complex and they could mess up the max program, if you don't know what your doing

the only reason they would be in inches if someone change the unit setup by mistake like a family member not saying that is the case but it's likely. cannot you go back into the system units and change them back to the way they was? there should be no reason why you cannot change the system units
