Windows Shell Extension to Easily Find Version of MAX file

How to determine the version year of a .max file?

If there is anybody out there with programming skills, it should be relatively easy to develop a "Context Menu Shell Extension" (aka Local Menu Shell Extension).

Notice the one below, added by the SolidWorks installation procedure. It is an invaluable tool. You simply go:

Right Click | Properties | Details

Last Saved as Version.png

I have developed a similar utility. The source code is available for the asking.
