Using Quickslice will quickslice elements that are hidden

This is a thing that Max does now post 2018 I think (it didn't before). If you have a number of elements, select one and hide the rest, and just quickslice - it will slice the element, and all the hidden elements also.

This shouldn't slice elements that are hidden. I don't think subobject operations should work on objects that are hidden this way. It's a pain to either undo mutliple times or unhide everything and fix all the random slices on other elements.

Looks like a bug tbh, I would suggest to report it as such.

Here's a quick(slice) video - I have four cubes, I hide three, I quickslice one, I then unhide all, and the other three hidden objects have been included in the quickslice operation.

The next step you can unhide and SHIFT+REMOVE the edge if this is noticed, but it's usually half and hour later when I realise there is a big stinking edge cut diagonally across 20,000 faces and they have to be removed by mostly visual/guesswork. It is a pain

You can already simply select the sub-object (polygon or element) you want quickslice to affect and it won't affect any of the other geometry. No need to hide anything.
