[Splines] Scale, Rotate, Twist along Shape within Sweep Modifier

We could use some controls (also a Curve graph) to Scale, Rotate, Twist along Shape within the Sweep Modifier. It could have far more potential than it has currently.

 

Same options are needed for Renderable Spline modifier. Upvote the idea here:

Why sweep modifier rollout not having option to scale "custom section" used ? It can be scaled according to the pivot allignment.

good point. I will make  an updated  general idea about Sweep Modifier. Let me know other suggestions!
