It would be great to see slowing transformations

like blender

@MisamAliRizvi This is not a solution. Please, check the video. 
Your solution is only a crutch. But other software gives you slowing by pressing shift. 
Using f12 panel is an archaic and slow solution.

Yes ...i believe you are trying to tell that Slow Transformations should be
Performed ONLY by Pressing Shift key...am i correct ??

This feature is not there in Max...but possible somewhere hidden in Max....

@MisamAliRizvi I know about slowing spinners in max by pressing alt.
But this forum gives you suggesting an idea for future max functions.
I suggest programmers to add slowing transforms. f12 isn`t comfortable
