Share memory between max open instances

I usually at work manage several environments with xref scenes attached. Whenever I have to change something, I open the XREF file and change it. I miss, however, a integration like Premiere and After Effects share memory between applications, so I would save some memory AND work way faster with live updating in all other max instances that share my opened XREF file. The "automatic" update button is pretty slow.

another cool idea is to make XREF system more intelligent by adding a box that allows max to use the latest version of your xref file. ex.: ChurchXREF_001 after incremental save becomes 002 so Max automatically upgrades to the 002 version.
